At Albright Institute we want you to enjoy your time in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide and give you an education that ensures you are job ready.

Orientation

We will provide general advice on studying in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide including accommodation options, getting around, how to get a job and recreational activities.

You will be invited to an official orientation sessions to meet fellow students, teachers, administrators and attending the initial orientation session prior to starting your course is compulsory.

Student Support

We know that throughout your Australian student journey, you might face a variety of personal and professional challenges, and we are always here for you to help you face them.
Our goal is to make Albright your new home where you can feel welcomed, supported, and loved.

Important Notes for New Students 

  • Check your Albright emails regularly 
  • You must update us about your new Australian phone number 
  • You must update us about your personal email if it has changed 
  • You must attend your allocated orientation session  
  • Your orientation details is sent to your emails

Academic Support

Your dedicated teachers and trainers can provide additional mentoring and assistance.
If you need support with Language, Literacy, and  Numeracy (LNN), please contact our Student Support Services at academic.support@albrightinstitute.edu.au 

If you need support with Learning Management System, please contact our Support Services (as above) or for technical support email at it.lms@albrightinstitute.edu.au

We also have an Assure Programs psychologist (external specialist) that might be able to counsel you over the phone. Please let them know that you are a student of Albright Institute – 1800 808 374.

Information and Help Desk

We have a team available in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide to assist you with advice on anything you need to know about living and studying abroad. Be it airport transfers, accommodation, banking, health insurance, private tutoring or further study, we are here to help you.
Don’t worry if you don’t feel strong with your English! We speak your language! Between our multicultural team we cover many languages such as:
